Ahh, being tired

Looking forward to that part of life when it's not grey outside. Winter came and went. Now it's fall again. It's windy and wet. Time to focus, go inside, workout or chill-out. Really getting stuck in kettlebell mode. Latest workout was a barbell - kettlebell combo that I really liked. 

Try this
5 power-cleans at a moderately light weight. 
5 front squats with the same weight
5 swings with a heavy KB 32 Kg or more. 

5 sets of this. 

Keeps you tired :)
